Happy by Chocolate

Happy by Chocolate is a mother-daughter-owned specialty chocolate company in Roselle, IL. Founded by Pam, Marcy, and 97-year-old Charlotte (Pam’s mom/Marcy’s grandmother), who still helps package chocolates six hours a day. We along with our team of women create handmade, artisan, traditional and vegan chocolates.

All of our products are made in small batches with premium, all natural ingredients, including an imported chocolate couverture (if chocolate had a red carpet, couverture would be the superstar!). Happy shouldn’t be a special occasion. It’s the little moments that should be celebrated.
