MitiMeth is an award-winning cause driven brand, transforming waste and creating alternate livelihoods for 150+ women and youth in the creative manufacturing handmade sector in Nigeria. Our vision is to create environmentally and economically thriving maker communities and we are accomplishing this through the recovery and utilization of water hyacinth, agricultural residues and non-timber resources.

We design and produce unique handmade décor which includes home textiles, mirrors, area rugs, lighting, dining-ware, planters, art, stationery, accent furniture and fashion accessories utilizing water hyacinth, banana fiber, coconut shells and bamboo. MitiMeth is a ‘new luxury’ which speaks to uniqueness, authenticity and craftsmanship.
