Remark Glass

As glass artists for over 10 years, we were frustrated to see bottles and jars going to the landfill  when we know that glass is infinitely recyclable. So we set out to change that and founded Remark Glass.  We heat, stretch, and transform bottles into unique barware, tableware, and lighting, without erasing the subtle details of the original glass. Wine bottle to wine glass. Champagne bottle to chandelier. Trash to treasure.

All of our glass is donated from local restaurants, bars, and community members through our sister nonprofit, Bottle Underground.  So far, we’ve diverted over 400,000 pounds of glass from the waste stream and trained and employed more than 15 individuals with barriers to employment.

We believe that change happens. One bottle at a time.  One person at a time.  All of us together.
