At Sipwell, we make premium wine with a can-do spirit. With a single serving of zero sugar, organic wine in each infinitely recyclable can, our wines are meant for toasting the little wins in life. We’re on a mission to create a more positive and mindful approach to drinking by promoting celebration, sustainability, and moderation.

Our founder Hilary started Sipwell in 2021 because, even though she loves wine, she wanted to be able to drink a glass at a time, without having to open a whole bottle and running the risk of it going bad. With a background in craft beer, she saw how widely cans were accepted for great quality beer, and asked: why isn’t that the case with wine? Not happy with the the quality of the wines available in single servings, she saw an opportunity to make the wine herself.

Today, we offer four award-winning wines, all sourced from organic and sustainably farmed vineyards in California’s Central Coast, and available for sale at retail and online.  We were the first and only canned wine ever named to Wine Enthusiast’s Top 100 Wines in 2023, and our wines have been recognized as “The Best Canned Wines of 2022” by Wine Spectator, in addition to features in Forbes, Essence, and Thrillist.
