Wildflyer Coffee

Wildflyer Coffee is a nonprofit social enterprise coffee company with a mission to create employment opportunities for youth experiencing homelessness and housing instability through the cultivation of life skills and personal empowerment. Our vision is: end youth homelessness.

Our two cafes, in Minneapolis and St. Paul, provide paid employment and training to up to 48 youth experiencing homelessness each year. Wildflyer supports youth, ages 16-24, as they build the stability they need to exit homelessness for good. One graduate shared “It’s more than just a job. You are fully supported working [at Wildflyer]…You’re not alone on your journey once you start this program.”

Wildflyer offers a variety of specialty coffee blends as well as single origin coffees that are curated and roasted exclusively for Wildflyer. Some of our signature blends were named by program participants, demonstrating our collaborative approach to youth development.
